International Foodservice-Forum
In partnership with the Hamburg Messe food-service
organizes the International Foodservice forum in Hamburg, which is the largest congress for the
professional foodservice industry in Europe. It takes place annually in March, coinciding with the
Internorga fair, for more than 25 years. The congress is recognized as the platform of the industry.
More than 1.000 participants (operators and supplier) are using the top program, to immerse themselves
in the newest trends, to seek information as well as inspiration and to network.

Hamburger Foodservice Preis
For more than 25 years food-service awards the
'Hamburger Foodservice Preis', the OSCAR of the foodservice industry in Hamburg. It honours
businesses with outstanding success in the dynamic and innovative foodservice industry, with a
focus on achievements that set benchmarks national and/or internationally. An independent jury
determines the winners, which are honoured with an exclusive award ceremony during a Gala dinner
with more than 400 invited guests.
