Research Bite: QSR Consumer Satisfaction


 
Germany has the most satisfied clients. This is the result of the customer satisfaction question in the CREST panel. Guests are asked to rate their last restaurant experience for several attributes on a five point scale. 27% of German guests say that they were very satisfied with their overall experience in Quick Service Restaurants. On the other end are the French where only 14% of all guests show an excellent satisfaction. Looking into the service attributes, the accuracy of order is only at disappointing 28% over Europe. This shows that there is still room for improvement for restaurant chains, for example by better training the staff.
