Projects already launched prior to the financial downturn had only transpired in 2008, hence why there were still such positive increases on the international hotel market. Although some growth was still anticipated, MKG Hospitality expected companies to act a lot more cautious in 2009 in order to ride-out the current economic uncertainty.
