Every Thursdaythrough Saturday is the time for à-la-carte dining under the cross-shaped vaults ofthe premises, while business or private events may be staged on Sundays or Mondays.Every Tuesday, the Kochsalon chefs reveal their culinary secrets to amateurcooks. Themes for the cooking courses (price: €59), which take place under thegolden dome of an open kitchen, range from ‘Austrian Alpine Cooking' to ‘PureEaster', ‘Flirt Fever' (aphrodisiac foods) or ‘Single Quick' (recipes for health conscioussingles). Leading-edge chefs and culinary experts are regularly invited onWednesdays to lecture on their area of expertise (e.g. molecular cuisine, spices orherbs) and offer samples of their dishes to a select audience (price: €180).
