The kitchen of this gourmet oasis with its three differently decorated dining rooms on two floors (95 seats in total + bar) specialises in seasonal vegetarian dishes of firstclass quality and freshness, which are prepared with passion and the desire to link tradition and innovation in a harmonious relationship. Some of them – including the‘Alcachofas salteadas en aceite de jamón’ (artichokes sautéed in ham oil) – rank among the evergreens of the menu.
