Indulgent Moments

‘Momente des Genießens' (indulgent moments) is the motto of the new Autogrill Schweiz restaurant chain ‘a-mo '. Since it was launched in the Pizolpark at Mels, this blend of coffee shop,restaurant and bar, with an Italian ambience and Mediterranean cuisine has been opened at five locations, including the Rose de la Broye motorway services in Lully and the ShoppiTivoli shopping centre in Spreitenbach. The varied product range offered by this full-service concept spans a wide selection of coffee, salads, pasta and pizza and even extends to light, between-meal snacks. The food is prepared in an open kitchen and is available at attractive prices. Naturally, there's also a pizza takeaway for guests in a hurry. Pizza Margherita, Quattro Formaggi and Diavolo, spaghetti bolognese, tagliatelle with smoked salmon and cream sauce and the menu of the day are among the bestsellers. Each of the five outlets can accommodate 110 to 190 guests. The formula isspecially tailored to customers at shopping centres and transport hubs. The philosophy is to create a few moments, which enrich the day and create a little Mediterranean style esprit de vivre.
